If you are planning on running the B&B with someone else, we would strongly recommend you attend with them. We cover an awful lot of information over the two days and the other person is bound to have lots of questions too.
The cost includes a light lunch and refreshments throughout each day.

10am - 4pm Saturday
10am - 4pm Sunday
We would suggest to enable a prompt start each day that you stay over with us or locally on the Friday and Saturday evenings.
Stay with us
Whilst it's not essential to stay with us at The 25 during the course, it is very handy to experience what I'm talking about first hand from a guest's point of view. It's extremely useful to be able to see how we approach cleanliness, little touches in the bedrooms and breakfast.
We offer a 30% discount on all bedrooms. When booking your accommodation on line, simply type "COURSE" into the Promo Code box to receive the discount, after booking the course.
Rooms with the discount are £87.50 - £125.30 based on double occupancy per night.
Terms & Conditions
When booking a course, this must be done by phone or email - we will double check the course is suitable for you and answer any questions you may have.
Credit card details will be taken and you will be charged a 25% non-refundable deposit. The non-refundable balance will be taken automatically seven days before the course starts. You may cancel up to seven days before the course starts and not pay the balance.
If you require overnight accommodation at The 25 Boutique B&B it can be booked at a reduced price using the code COURSE in the Promo Box on our on-line booking system here. (after booking the course)
A deposit equal to the first night will be taken on booking which is refundable up to seven days before the course. The balance will be due on check out.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to sign a disclaimer that you will not reproduce or share the course content. An exclusion zone of 25 miles will be in place for your new B&B location.
